Where is data processed?
FloorVoice uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for its database. Its providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the EU.
Who can access it?
Hotel manager access is limited by assigned scope. Management views hide the reporter’s name where the configured privacy model provides this; authorized FloorVoice staff may access data for support.
How is AI used?
Employee responses are sent to Anthropic to support possible system-cause hypotheses and action suggestions. A manager decides what action to take.
Is an integration required?
The current pilot works without a PMS or Slack integration. Employees use personal links or QR codes; managers use FloorVoice.
Aggregate reports and identity
Aggregate reports appear only after at least five different employees have responded. In a small team or a specific incident, someone may still be identifiable.
